Go Live Studio provides AI-powered live streaming software enabling users to broadcast to multiple platforms simultaneously. Features include multi-platform streaming, Nova AI assistant, AR effects, and related tools. Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."
3. User Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to bind yourself or your entity.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
To comply with all applicable laws, platform terms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and content guidelines.
Not to stream illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
To obtain all necessary consents for voice, camera, and third-party data use.
Not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
Go Live Studio and Nova trademarks, logos, and app design are owned by Eunique Innovations LLC.
You retain rights to your streams/content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to deliver, promote, and analyze your use of the Services.
Third-party integrations (TikTok API, etc.) subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimers
Services provided AS IS without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No guarantee of uptime, stream quality, platform compatibility, or audience growth.
Third-party platforms may change APIs, causing temporary disruptions.
Nova AI features experimental; outputs may contain errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts paid by you (if any).
No liability for user content, stream performance, or lost opportunities.
8. Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for violations, at our discretion, without notice or liability.
9. Governing Law
This Legal Notice governed by New York law. Disputes resolved in Inwood, New York courts. You waive jury trial rights.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
