Eunique Innovations LLC ("we", "us", "our"), doing business as Go Live Studio, operates the Go Live Studio mobile application, website (golivestudio.online), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind yourself or your entity.

2. Account and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Description of Services

Go Live Studio provides AI-powered live streaming software with:

Multi-platform broadcasting (60+ platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).

Nova AI assistant for real-time stream management and coaching.

AR effects, Portrait/Studio Mode, clip editing, and related creator tools.

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties.

4. User Content and Conduct

Your Content:

You retain ownership of streams, clips, and content you create.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, deliver, promote, and analyze your content for Service operation.

You represent you have all rights to content and third-party integrations.

Prohibited Conduct:

Illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Spam, harassment, or platform policy violations.

Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting Services.

Commercial use without permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Platform integrations (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) governed by their terms/policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service changes or disruptions.

Multi-streaming requires valid API access to connected platforms.

6. Nova AI Features

Experimental features; outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Voice commands processed on-device; requires microphone permission.

Real-time commands require explicit user consent during streams.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (Future)

If paid features added, billed via Apple/Google Play.

No refunds except as required by law.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

Go Live Studio, Nova, and all trademarks/logos owned by Eunique Innovations LLC.

No use without written permission.

App software proprietary; no decompiling permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Services provided AS IS without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee of uptime, stream quality, platform compatibility, or results.

Third-party platform changes may disrupt service.

Backup your content; we not responsible for data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability capped at $100 or amounts paid by you (whichever greater).

No liability for user content, stream interruptions, or lost opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, violations, or misuse of Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using Services anytime.

We may suspend/terminate access for violations, at our discretion, without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by New York law.

Disputes resolved exclusively in state/federal courts in Inwood, New York.

You waive jury trial rights and class action claims.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes notified via App/email.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement between parties.

Severability: invalid provisions don't affect others.

No waiver unless written.

Force majeure: not liable for events beyond control.
